We settled in Crissier more than 30 years ago. Since that time, when there was even still a dairy with fresh milk every evening, the village with the whole region has transformed from almost rural to almost urban. The municipality is firmly part of the West of Lausanne where many issues go far beyond the municipal framework alone.

A fan of cycling on a daily basis in all seasons since I have lived in the town, I note with satisfaction that soft mobility is progressing, but look forward to all the way that remains to be done until the creation of a coherent regional network. The same goes for public transport: The development of infrastructure and the supply of public transport is essential - not for me, now retired, but for our children and grandchildren!
